• House call and euthanasia procedure, $395 to $535 depending on location and weight of pet
• Phone consultation and previous vet record review prior to appointment if needed—$75 up to 30 minutes
• Private cremation, ashes returned to your home, $330 to $540
• Group cremation, no ashes returned, $110 to $225
